Well, I've done the research, and guess what? I found out that the world is a spinning globe, just like they say. Every claim FE has, is been debunked a thousand times, so why do you still claim it's flat? We know that the earth is a globe for over 2500 years, not just some 500, like you all like to claim.And yes, those students are stupid for not thinking for themselves, but rather believe some jock. And if I was their teacher, they never ever would graduate, just for believing this nonsense.
And you should change your name here on YT; it should be "Celebrate nonsense". And I'll bet you even do believe in creation, and not in evolution.
"I started to panic" is a common figures of speech. Yes, it is a little frightening that school kids would hear something that an athletic would say about a subject of which he has no knowledge and conclude he is right. And no, they didn't do any research on the internet about it. If they had done real research, they would have confirmed we live on a sphere. If they watched idiotic FE videos filled with lies and half truths, then they might have agreed that Irving was right. Pathetic, but also laughable.

I really would like to know what the kids thought though. Did they actually just believe because he said so or did they research it for their selves, and by research, I don't mean watch a few dozen YouTube videos by Eric, Rob, ODD, and Quasi. Haha. I mean actual research and scientific testing.
Kids know that everything can by trickery by CGI and videos. Many know what the mirage. My kids have already had debates with many. Heh, what is the problem with backing up scientific experiments to establish scientific evidence. Sorry folks, videos won't work anymore.
