I think Mike is referencing "blood lust" in the most literal sense. Like, you get a rush when you're fucking someone up in a game (most of us can relate to that) or the idea or the action of belting the fuck out of someone.
I saw someone say apparently the higher your testosterone levels are, the more of a rush you get, so Mike's T levels and training had made him so tuned to being sadistic that the rush literally caused him to get hard
