And they went to Harvard? They sound like stoners. The girl in the blue T shirt sounds like she should be yelling spring break with a beer in her hand.
Thats the problem, you can’t just put up a board saying flat earth and expect the general public to embrace the message. It will be scoffed. They approach with preconceptions and have already made up their minds that the speaker is crazy. Conversations about flat earth are better received on a 1-1 because people are afraid to admit to believing when they do believe, in front of other people. You kind of need to say a bit and direct someone to places where they can research it for themselves. Most of what he says will go over their heads. Maybe 5 years from this video they would of looked into it and some of them might have a different view than they did when this video was made.
Wow! That guy doesn’t even know about the treaty that prevents people going to Antarctica without a tour guide that only take you to peninsulas and not the actual borders where Admiral Richard Bird explored before the treaty was made.
The saddest thing is that he’s telling the truth and the people don’t believe him. Can’t help but wonder if he would have different results if he was presented differently, say wearing a suit and being clean shaven. Maybe having a a laptop with external speakers to show clips of videos.
