1. In my Brown Driver Briggs addition to the Strongs concordance I looked up the Hebrew words for the Messiahs statement . The Greek is worthless because of their interpretation of the Hebrew . So look up H1299 and H1116 .❤

3. Maybe everytime we see lightning spiritually speaking another soul is casted out God is patient with some but others might just not be tolerated as Satan was not tolerated

When Jesus said that "I see Satan already fallen like lightning from heaven" at Luke 10:18, he was already seeing a mental vision of the casting of Satan and his angels, his once angelic "brothers", but now enemies, out of heaven down to the earth immediately after his coronation as king of God's heavenly Kingdom (Dan 7:13, 14; Rev 6:1, 2), as Revelation 12:7-9 shows, using his kingly authority to war against Satan and his demonic angels in 1914, throwing them out of heaven and down to the earth, where they are forced to remain.

   Because of this, Satan became "very angry", as Revelation 12:10-12 says: "I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the Kingdom of our God (being "set up" in 1914, Dan 2:44; Rev 12:5) and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God !"

   "And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb (by exercising faith in Jesus perfect shed blood as covering over their sins, John 3:16; 1 John 1:7, as a propitiatory sacrifice, 1 John 2:2, that was pictured by the blood of the sin offering, Ex 30:10, by the blood of the passover lamb, see Ex 12:3-7; 1 Cor 5:7, on the annual Day of Atonement, Lev 23:27)"

   "and because of the word of their witnessing (see Rev 12:17), and they did not love their souls even in the face of death.(see John 16:2; Rev 6:9-11) On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them ! Woe for the earth (or more stable elements of mankind) and for the sea (or the unstable, radical, agitated elements of mankind, see Isa 57:20, 21), because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time."

   So, with Satan and his demonic angels now forced to remain confined to the earth, Satan brought "woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time".

   He went and influenced the unstable political situation in Europe in 1914 (in which there was great tension between Serbia and Austria-Hungary), to turn into World War I on July 28, 1914 (when 19 year old Serbian nationalist Gavrilo Princip assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie on June 28, 1914, in Sarajevo, Bosnia, trying throw off the political shackles of Austria-Hungary over Serbia, wanting to unite ethnic Serbs under Serbia's control), fulfilling Revelation 6:3, 4, saying:

   "When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say: “Come !” Another came out, a fiery-colored horse (picturing deadly, human political warfare), and it was granted to the one seated on it to take peace away from the earth so that they should slaughter one another, and he was given a great sword", so that over the course of the 20th century, an estimated 110 million soldiers and civilians died from political warfare.

   Then, at Revelation 6:5-8, two more riders followed, on "a black horse" that pictured famine and starvation, and on "a pale horse", that pictures the different ways death, followed by 'the Grave", will take people down, from being slaughtered in political wars, to starving to death from "food shortages".

   And from "deadly plague" such as the Spanish Flu that is estimated to have killed some 100 million people from 1918-20, to "the wild beasts of the earth" or political governments being ruthless, murderous even towards their own people (such as the Israeli army killing three of the Israeli hostages, though waving a white flag), such as Holomodor in1932-33 in Ukraine, and Pol Pot in Cambodia, murdering an estimated 2 million people from 1975-79.

   So, when Jesus said that "I see Satan already fallen like lightning from heaven", he also realized that the repercussions would be fierce, for Satan is vicious, and has no qualms in seeing people slaughtered by the tens of millions.

   However, Satan's time-limit (of some 6,000 years) for ruling over "all the kingdoms of the earth" (Luke 4:5-7) is about to run out, for when "the great tribulation" arrives (Matt 24:21), God wrests away his authority, taking control of "the situation", causing the political "ten horns" (Rev 17:12) or member nations of the United Nations, "the scarlet-colored wild beast" (Rev 17:3), to destroy the religions of the world called Babylon the Great.(Rev 17:16, 17)

   Then, God's heavenly Kingdom "comes" (Matt 6:10; 24:30) and takes decisive action against the political "wild beast", Satan's political system with its some 8 billion supporters, and "crushes" them to death at Armageddon, "the war of the great day of God the Almighty", a world situation that removes all who are NOT loyal subjects of God's Kingdom.(Dan 2:44; Rev 16:14, 16)
