I had a procedure a few years back on both my eyes called cross-linking, awake the entire time, scalpel to both eyes, and starring at lasers. BRUTAL. Weeks of recovery, slow adaptation to light, eye drops every 10 mins, no showers or baths for days, eye protective masks taped over both my eyes, looked like Spiderman.
Wow 😢 I feel this, my 10 year old son had an accident 4 years ago involving his eye, five surgery's later, artificial lense and we just went through an emergency operation to lower the pressure, I would gladly give him both my eyes if it could make his eye back to normal 😢
I have keroconus "Double vision" in both eyes and im bipolar. Disabilities suck and i want to tell everyone reading this, you are worth it!! You have to keep going! God loves you.

They usually only use the drill bit when you have left the metal in there long enough for it to make a rust ring in your eye.
Eye surgery feels like sum1 is vigorously rubbing an eraser on ur eye..fun rite?? 😭
