Rob Skiba’s take on wearing tzitzit

Numbers 15:37-41 and Deuteronomy 22:12 reveal a command to make “tassels” or “fringes” (tzitzit) and to attach them to the “four corners” of your garments. Do we still need to do this? This is my take on the question.
