I’ve spent soooo much money at hospitals, MRIs, blood work being a hypochondriac it’s a real real thing. You have to catch yourself finding out the “new” terminal disease that your convinced you have and realize that your being crazy. That thought log is really smart to see how you have 0 consistency or logic in your self-diagnosis.
