  1. Hello guys I want to share my experience. I used to be super hypochondriac therfeore I ruined my exams(Korean sat) which is so critical and also my daily life. I am still hypochondriac, but I don’t ruin my studying,life anymore. The most important thing is focusing on this present moment. Whenever worries strike you,don’t opress it. You need to just say “I don’t know” and focus on your thing(works,studies,exercise,etc). For the people who is suffering from it, you can overcome. 🎉

  2. She nailed it. Something I’ve tried to say out loud for over 10 years she did in 8 mins….she said almost every emotion I’ve felt battling health anxiety/ hypochondria. And then she provided tools. Ways to win. Really an amazing 8 mins.

  3. living like this is very mentally exhausting, there are days when you feel good but when those thoughts invade you, the only thing you can do at that moment is lie down and cry until you feel better

  4. This was emotional for me to watch, having dealt with this after my grandpa got sick and passed away, I started thinking every little ache, my muscles tensing up so much I'd think my lymph nodes were acting up. Or anything you can name of. It made me hopeful I can be rid of this awful thing.
