Happy Sabbath! Praise the Lord and Thank God for the Gospel and for Pastor Doug Batchelor. He has been a constant in my house for the past week and I feel renewed! I know that it is the Holy Spirit and the Lord but, the Holy Spirit is working through Pastor Batchelor and has stirred my spirit and I have felt a strong conviction to study more, right wrongs, and do better to serve God and be a doer of the word and to call more sheep back to the shepherd that is our heavenly Father and the son his Jesus! Praise be to God and all his wonderful- and may his will be done on earth as it is in heaven forever until Jesus' victorious return! Amen and Amen
The greatest battle by far among Adventists in the US is the appetite. The social structure of American people is a constant barrage of temptations of the appetite. Whether in the diet or in the numerous other forms of indulgence, sexual and otherwise, we are under an unending circuit of intemperate offerings. We can all find victory through prayer, and study of the scriptures and spirit of prophecy.
I got saved and i wanted to work for God. Struggling in the sin and daily life has really pulled me down. Not seeing anything good in the so called men and women of God who i can share with my struggles has made me not to speak out. Am seeing myself wasted woth the devil dying slowly with all i have learned from you without sharing to others
