Ive been researching this subject and I dont feel this to be as accurate a discussion on the hereditary nature of NPD as it could be. I would say the nature/parental passing on of this disorder is much stronger than the guest explained. However the impact of N on children is varied and impacts many other disorders and characteristics, not just sobriety and depression.. but also key identity characteristics.
