I don't GAF about compensation for what burn pits did to me in Iraq and Afghanistan; I want the spineless politician Generals of the Joint Chiefs charged with willful negligence and manslaughter and have their ranks and cushy retirements pulled from them. Absolutely disgraceful leaders.
These poor buggers are living in a dream. The gov don't give a F*&K about them, us or anyone that doesn't provide the gov evil C^%TS with money. It will never change and they are just FODDER for the War machine providing cash for the GOV C%$TS!
A friend of mine worked as an Army Specialist E-4 doing Armorer work for a Forward Support Company; he talked to me about how he used to clean the weapons with incredibly caustic carcinogenic compounds with his bare hands because the Army didn’t label them as toxic. Toxic chemicals require different transport infrastructure which is more expensive to setup so they just suppressed the labeling; since he didn’t know they were bad he would work with his bare hands with them, then he would light up a cigarette to take a break and the chemicals would go through the filter from his fingers and then into his lungs. Always remember folks; the Army needs your body to function as long as your in the Army, after you’re out you’re worthless. As far as I’m concerned, 20% of the funding for each Military Branch should go exclusively to the Veterans of said branches.
