30 + deployments 7 deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan, all of that's not the worst of it and fuck the VA sorry worst experience of my life that whole process… May God bless us all
There are doctors assigned by the VA to diagnose burn pit connections…Which is just obviously a thing. So they’re in the pocket of the military. And also the FDA continues to ignore literally ALL information that matters for health. (Using distractions like cigarettes are also a very effective scapegoat.)
Broke my hip in 2017 in the Army, been waiting years trying to get a VA appointment for benefits or for anything. Constantly going to the office and waiting hours, going to "appointments" that were cancelled unbeknownst to me or the appointment was just straight up not scheduled after they said it was scheduled. Sure they bumped up the monthly allowance but man it really does suck to not get the care I needed. I couldnt imagine anyone in any worse scenario trying to get that care
