To Malora (hope I got the spelling right) the lady suffering from seemingly severe depression. Depression can have many causes and these causes can affect different persons in different ways. A few of the causes are poor health, poor self esteem, poor reactions from others, inadequate finances, spiritually weak belief system amongst others. Anyone helping you to overcome your depression must know the cause. A generalized remedy as was given on this video will not work. To the lady that called in suffering with depression, I have gone through the same thing. With me it was simply messed up hormones. Those who tell you to study more or pray more don't have any clue what its like. Bible study and prayer don't fix hormonal imbalance. Find a good nature path that really knows how to check hormones.
