The Lord Jesus Yeshua Messiah is The Word of God and The Son of God! Therefore He is part of God so He is also God!
We know that all things were made through Him as The Word of God so perhaps he was writing exactly how he wanted that situation to go so they would crucify Him at the right time so He could finish the things that The Heavenly Father Lord God Almighty had for Jesus to do while He was here before He made the sacrifice and took sin away to die and paid the price and took the punishment and resurrected!
Since He is also The Word of God whatever He said or wrote would come to be!
Also The Lord knew we would be considering these things here and now and at any times people have considered it so maybe his writing on the ground had several purposes in perfect proportion! To make people consider it and consider other things and to make things happen the way The Father wanted and to and to make us pray and meditate about it and connect to The Lord and make sure everything reacted perfectly to The Lord's causes!
It could have been so much all at once in absolute perfection!

Big fat liar!!!! Don’t say that you are going to tell me what he wrote in the freaking sand then lie, and NEVER answer!!!
I believe He wrote “‘Menē, Menē, Tekēl, Upharsin.’”. That is what the finger of God wrote to Belshazzar in Daniel 5. This would have been stunning and only the scribes and Pharisees would have even knew what it meant.
