Yes brother. If we see a neighbor needs help we help. Same as when children come play in our yard we watch them to make sure they are safe. Our Father gives us the heart to do right by others.
Our Father told them to go and multiply. When we read about our ancestors they followed Our Lord and the women did as well. The Torah shows us how to live and lessons they went through. Probably one of the reasons most men choose one wife is because women, me being one, tend to get jealous and angry when their husband gives other women more attention. It is easier to have one than many. Plus the way things are today a man can not afford so many wives and children due to how we live.
Thank you brother.

One wife is plenty enough for me. Though those with more wealth and righteousness were able to marry and care for more than one wife fairly. Also in Hebrew Jewish culture it was common to also marry a brother's wife if the brother passed away or died in battle. Before battle the men formally divorced their wives so if they died the wife wouldn't be committing any sin by marrying a new husband.
I’m sure I’m read in the new Testament that it’s one wife to one husband now Yahuah did away with multiple wives
