  1. When i was younger in my 20´s i could sleep for 10-12 hours. Now im glad if i get 6 in one go. But according to science we are cavemen and are waking up in the middle of the night because we are used to watch over the tribe in shifts. Some ppl can lift 50pounds without training and some others 200. So we probably have diffrent brains, genes and bodys that requires diffrent amounts of sleep.

  2. Someone I've known for 20+ years has always gotten about 5 hours sleep per night. He goes to bed between 12 and 1am and gets up between 5 – 6 am. Every day, pretty weird. I remember a long time ago he said every once in a while if he gets very little sleep like 3 – 4 hours, he'll nap on the couch or chair…for 5 minutes lol and be good to go. Wish I could do that !! Edit: He drinks zero coffee and very little soda. He will have a tiny bit of soda with his lunch or supper. Other than that he drinks water.
