  1. Not sure who needs to hear this but if you're only sleeping 2-4 hours a night and you don't live a healthy lifestyle you are on your way to having a stroke. The person I know who this happened to smoked all day, never worked out, and was stressed all the time but there is no doubt not sleeping played a major factor. If you never really needed sleep that's prob fine but you need to take care of yourself.

  2. Regular daily exercise and eating a healthy diet can also help a person sleep less per day. And a person's belief about how many hours of sleep they need per day, will determine how many hours of sleep they do get everyday. Part of what makes us do what we do, is our beliefs.

    The Rich and Famous Magicians David Copperfield and Criss Angel also say they sleep a few years a day.

  3. Regardless of what Joe’s bud thinks, 4 hrs is not enough sleep to be restorative for the brain and body. You have to be asleep long enough to get to that last stage and to cycle through it enough times to have an effect.
