No matter what 4 hrs a night is all I get. My body won't let me sleep any longer , No matter how hard I try. Sleep by 9/10:00 Up by 2-2:30 every morning.
I can sleep 1.5 hours and be as productive as ever. The key is to believe you have had enough and never think about how many hours you slept last night. Also, wake up before sunrise. Meditate for a few minutes
