I think people who claim to only sleep for a few hours are kidding themselves. Their bodies (minds!) will catch up when it needs to and they will have a lay in one morning or the odd early night or a quick power nap here and there. Other than that they will catch up when poorly from a cold or whatever.
I’ve always had trouble sleeping. People always say “it’s because you distract yourself instead of sleeping” but than I would tell them about the time I stared at the ceiling from 9PM to sunrise.

I always sleep for 4 hours but I never use a alarm
Oh pls. 4-6 hours is normal. 8hr is a weekend/ sleep-in thing
