As a cigarette smoker I can relate to someone who chooses harm over help. I know smoking will probably be the cause of my death but it helps me not be an asshole. Maybe these people feel like they’re helping others by doing what they do. Not saying it’s right but hey… we’re all only human

And I lost so many friends lately that didn’t stopped. 4 years ago in my town was only heroin and laced with a bit of fentanyl. Now it’s all changed 💯. And it’s al coming from china and India. I think it’s also a way to kill the west , slowly . It’s a war…
