In this second full length part of my Biblical Cosmology: Theologians Gone Wild series, various Bible scholars give their take on the issue of the Firmament. Is it a solid, dome-like structure over our heads or is it to simply be understood as the “expanse” of air, gas and the vacuum of space? How many firmaments are there anyway? And what was going on in Antarctica they may give us a hint that the firmament of Scripture is real on not just “poetic language” in the Bible?

I've been following you for two years or more and I applaud you for your work. I grew up a southern baptist and not once did I ever question what I had been taught in science class. I first started looking into everything when I learned the moon landing was a total lie, a terrible lie. It is beyond me how someone can seriously research NASA and come to the conclusion that the information they put out is the honest truth. Even if I still believed in the heliocentric model, I wouldn't ridicule your work. Wrong or right I believe you are just seeking truth. But for the record, I'm with you brother.

Rob, My entire life has always had difficulty accepting what has been taught. So much has simply not made any sense at all.
Being raised catholic it starts there Lol! I will stop there. Everything in school from evolution to space. Too much theory, not enough
substantial evidence. Peeling back the layers of lies is now an obsession,and you have been very help full in validating my research. It
seams we have been looking at the same things. The deeper i go answers appear , more questions arise and life becomes more interesting

Apply science and you would arrive to a solid firmament. Be careful with what you say, you might influence others to believe something because of lack of knowledge.
