Some are trying to tell us that the Hebrew word “khug” in Isaiah 40:22 should be understood to mean “to revolve” (and by implication to orbit). I cannot disagree more.

You should be careful who you endorse; the World Last Chance channel is from the seventh day cult. They also believe Ellen G. White was a true prophetess from God that will take us back to worship on Saturdays only. Any Other day is a sin, specifically Sunday as the mark of the beast. Is that who you endorse as a source of truth????

VERY inconclusive. Sources are untrustworthy and still, the scriptures are ambiguous at best. You want to take the Bible literally, then do so. That means every word every verse. But, if you do so you can throw out most of the Bible as accurate and literal because most of it is indeed not literally literal.

Yet later just in the same chapter, because it fits your theory. “He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear…”

In the very same verse it’s clear that NONE of it is “literal” . You CANNOT pick and choose what you want out of scripture to fit your own ideas an interpretations. Why would “ends of the earth” be literal and a physical description when not TWO words later is clearly metaphorical?? No, is the answer, it doesn’t work that way. I am not against a flat earth I am not against truth. But seriously you must understand that it is not correct in your argument. You must do better than that, especially to those who also claim to have a good understanding of scripture.
