  1. Carnivore nonsense is all marketing gimmicks.Obviously we don’t hear from people who have failed just the ones who are okay. Again it comes down to independent microbiome. There are some who thrive in plant based with lowered cholesterol and some others despite eating meat nothing happens to their cholesterol levels. My own cholesterol skyrocketed after a month of chicken and fish. I had to eat oats and lentils for a month to bring it back down. Afterwards I eat animal diet only on workout days and occasionally on off days.

  2. Nobody knows the real answer!! 😂
    I just think that thousands of years of observation and study in Ayurveda and chinese medicine should not be discarded just like that. Science is very young and still trying to find answers which are already discovered thousands of years ago. Just the vocabulary is different.
    From today, I am going to follow alternative practices more strongly.
    Science is unstable and they are proving themselves wrong again and again.
    At the end of the day, everything comes down to action and doing something. Even if you discover something in immense details with science, you still will be doing some exercises or eating some pills. There's no point in rejecting pure wisdom because science didn't prove it yet. 🙏😊

  3. The reason why there is so much “conflicting” data on this particular topic is because of money. Greed. Corporations. The positive effects, knowledge, and acceptance of the carnivore diet into society would make the food industry completely crumble. Not to mention we’d run out of meat as well and decrease product quality as well because we all know corporations decrease quality to supply a heavy demand. So it’s actually better that people think the carnivore diet is bollocks. Keep the pawns eating the livestock’s food. Leave the meat to the kings…
