  1. Eat Whole Foods not processed bs and if you eat a lot of fat from oils, butters and other things eat lower carb and if you eat a ton of carbs eat lower fat but always keep your protein up. Eat 1oz of liver every day or every other day. Take a bio available multivitamin and vitamin D. Thats essentially all you need to be healthy and feel good. Don’t over eat and if you do over eat healthy foods until you can’t move
