  1. ugh.. doctors are always the worst .. they are NOT scientists. They are always like missing some major point… from theology to nutrition. Yes its common that doctors debate evolution. It's always these middle aged guys who you can tell have just recently started hitting the gym and discovered whey protein etc and start a pro meat campaign. You get vitamins from vegetables because they are less likely to cause heart disease to failure. I'm not a vegetarian but I am so tired of the rhetoric and war thats always going on between food. I tell people ALL OF THE TIME that you need to eat raw foods. You need raw organosulfurs like garlic and cruciferous vegetables like kale and broccoli. Ginger and so on. I don't consume caffeine anymore I eat ginger raw. I eat cloves of garlic raw and it takes balls to do that if its potent enough. I've knocked out so many oncoming fevers with garlic within 30 minutes of feeling fatigue. I had long term lyme disease so every day i take 5000 mg of garlic oil. When I put a lot of spinach or greens in a smoothie it IMPROVES my mood. I've never eaten red meat to where it has that effect on a deeper mood other than making me feel satiated… it cures depression. if theres sodium okay an electrolyte so i may feel better in that regard but nothing compares to the action of RAW fruits / vegetables. Pro meat or not if you deny greens and fruits you're a moron. There's so much missing from this discussion. Spend most of your time with wild caught salmon / tilapia and rices… Eat Corn Flakes… Oatmeal etc. I saw a video of another type of these Doctors critiquing John Harvey Kellogg but guess what? Kellogg wasn't exactly wrong… When I've gone large spans of not eating meat I notice a difference then I eat some chicken and "something" is satisfied. I am also native ancestry so MAYBE it has something to do with it but raw fooders are NOT wrong. If you want to cheat just JUICE like Jack Lalane. No fucking powders or bullshit…. just grind up a good 50/50 mix. Want to help the telomeres on your chromosomes and delay some aging? Put some raw hopps in there. Embrace the vegetable I'm telling you. GO drink 100% carrot juice and see how happy and upbeat you feel.
