  1. It's not hard to see that plants are horrible for you. Plants release natural pesticides for their own growth. It makes animals not eat them. We take in millions of times more natural pesticides than chemical pesticides. All fruits and vegetables cause dementia and alzheimers disease. Fat and cholesterol are what our Brain need to grow and stay healthy. Vegetables were pushed on us by the government. Because they are very cheap to grow and meats have to be raised and fed And kept healthy. The agricultural sector of the government pushed so hard for kids to eat green vegetables and fruits for 80 + years. When they knew the whole time these plants were bad. Kids brains will never develop to full potential without enough cholesterol and fats from meat. So now we have autism and dementia and thyroid problems that never happened in the past. Diabetes can be reversed by eating only meat and oily fish. Our brains are made from fat and cholesterol. So the government said fat and cholesterol were bad to make us not eat meat. Vegetables keep you sick and shrink your brain. But population control and dumbing down of the population is done by adding fluoride to tap water and eating vegetables. Vegetables and herbs were only used in the past in small amounts for medicinal purposes to kill bacteria and now people are going vegan. And they look like they're dying because they are! They become vegetables. No pun intended but it's 100% facts. Try and look up are plants bad for people, it will try and get you to watch conflicting videos and to find the truth will take a little scrolling because the videos are censored and demonitized

  2. Came back from a week in Vegas and I was surprised that my constipation, anal fissures, and ankle pain was gone. I come home and try to add more vegetables to my diet and all of a sudden those issues reappear. Went to the gym and I felt really off, dizzy, brain fog, and then I felt my ankle sprain and I've been limping since. Took me about two weeks on Eggs, Bone Broth, Meat, Chicken, Raw Cheese, Oranges, Pineapple to be able to walk without pain. I am back on Elliptical and doing hour sessions with heart rate at 120-140bpm and I feel great. .
