  1. You give egg yolk for dietary cholesterol but say that dietary cholesterol doesn’t change blood cholesterol… you say saturated fat doesn’t have much effect yet in this egg yolk case it must be increasing the LDL if dietary is not. Contradicting yourself Paul

  2. How bizarre. What is being said here from the get go just does not add up with my NMR lipoprofile test I just took.
LDL is the end result of VLDL. In other words it starts as VLDL and then eventually down the road it becomes LDL. That is the actual science. Okay. We all got that. Now get this:

In my thorough test NMR I just got. I have extremely low level of VLDL. You heard me. In fact it is so low that they could not do a precise particle count nor were they able to measure the size of the VLDL.
Why? Because it says not enough sample to measure size. ( test not performed TNF due to VLDL level not sufficient)
And the VDL-P the so called particle count, it simply said less than 0.8 ( i.e.<0.8)

Now comes the measurement of LDL-C. It was over 350, dang high. It is particle count ( LDL-P as they call it) off the chart high. Over 3000. ( range supposed to be under 1000) and so called small LDL-P over 1130 ( range supposed to be under 400), that is also crazy high off the chart high.
ALL THIS AS THE RESULT OF KETO DIET.

    Got that?

So how in the world to you get such high LDL with so low almost negligible VLDL its parent?

So much for all the bullshit. So thick you can cut it with a knife.
