  1. My thing is this: DIET = DIE. MENU = MEN What the flock is stronger? Die or Men? As a female (and so proud of it), I choose Men. My innate self has always been craving meat of the best form. When under the family roof, I would sneak raw ground beef and thrived on it. It was a rare event unfortunately. Now I know why. Because my physical form is meant to live off of it. I rightly do not concern myself with LDL or similar. I have pericarditis because of stupid anti-biotics that were prescribed and the virus never left my system and corralled around my heart. I ❤ my new menu, in part because of Paul Saladino. I have created a menu of red meat, onion, garlic, and grassfed dairy along with fish and am now so much healthier in just over a week (1/18/2024) of doing this. Have dropped fat also. The book The Carnivore Code I am still reading, but it has been worth it. Change is GOOD.

  2. Started carnivore 45 days ago. Im 95% carnivore. The other 5% is some fruit, and nuts. I feel great. Mind is sharp.. but by LDL-P skyrocketed to 2800. HDL is good. Triglycerides # is good….. should i be worried?

  3. ⭐️⭐️ WOW! Tons of additional new data here to consider.
I have high LDL and I have for a long time.
But I’ve never been overweight, and my A1-C readings show I’ve never been close to diabetes either.
I always get regular exercise, I eat protein and fats with every meal… although I don’t eat much in general. I’m always just a little under weight.

So what does this all mean for me going forward as I approach 60 with this high LDL cholesterol??

Oh, and like they mentioned, I almost never get sick, and I have never had Covid, at least not with any symptoms.

Questions and more questions… boy do I have them now!…….
