Nahum 1:7 The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
The spirit of God comes upon people as He wills so that His POWER is manifest- the manifestation is a sigh, a PROOF that God is present. So it was in Acts with tongues of fire- Paul talks about the gift of prophecy in particular in demonstration of God’s presence, we see it with Peter when he confronts Ananias and saphira where they drop dead at his feet- the purpose of the filling of the Holy Spirit is to bring conviction. Fear is a good thing when it’s from God.
