  1. Rob are used to really enjoy your stuff but I'm to the point now you are right up there with Steve Quayle and L A Marzulli I can't trust any of you guys anymore I don't know who is right who is wrong but I think you guys are sucked into the disinformation of Satan himself

  2. +Rob Skiba Here is an experiment for you to do that will help you understand the reality of flat/globe Earth.

    MOUNT KECK:
    —————————————————————————————–
Go to Hawaii and enjoy some sun. One night, go to the Mount Keck observatory and ask the operator to point the optics at the horizon. You will be able to observe stars at and near the horizon. Bring your own telescope if you don't trust the Mt Keck optics.

Next have the operator point the optics at the horizon directly towards Los Angeles. You will observe that you can still see stars at the horizon:
****NOTE It is irrelevant whether the "stars" are real stars or points of light on the dome, the important point is that these "lights" are further than LA which is about 4500 kms.

You will also note when viewing the horizon stars that you cannot see the lights of LA. The LA lights combined at that distance would be about 10,000,000 time brighter than any star in our visible sky (sun excluded).

Mount Keck is over 4 kms high and thus well above any "waves" or ripples in the water that could obscure the view of LA. Also, a large portion of LA is sprawled on hillsides also adding to Height advantage.
Refraction is not an issue for two reasons: first we can see lights well past LA and also we are so high up that thermal refraction is very unlikely (feel free to repeat this experiment as often as you like to eliminate the possible refractive issues).
The so called "vanishing point" that some misinformed persons here are pushing cannot affect this experiment since your effective "vanishing point" is either the dome (far beyond LA) or the star many lightyears away meaning that LA is well within your visible field of view.

You can repeat this, trying to view any major pacific coast metropolis and you will get the same results.

A further test is to fly back to the US mainland at night and notice that you can see horizon stars aboard the aircraft but you will not see LA until you are about an hour out or so!

Curvature, explains this experiment very well whereas this cannot happen on a "flat Earth"
