What is being described here is very "Romanesque". This is not very different at all from how the Roman Empire spread across Europe and North Africa and into the British Aisles and ultimately assimilated or attempted to assimilate other cultures into their own by hook or by crook.
This is how imperialism works: the idea being if you want to live in our world you have to play by our rules or else. "You have to become civilized like us or else!".
And we still see it today. This is not that different than what the WEF is attempting to do Americans and Brits and Europeans. They want the world under their thumbs and demand that everyone bow down and comply with their demands. They see themselves as the enlightened ones and the rest of the world as barbarians who need to be subdued and civilized to their liking.
The Globalists use fear mongering to gain control via environmentalism. They claim to promise Utopia via Marxism when what they really want to do is establish permanent classes of nobels and peasants where a very small minority rules the vast majority with an iron fist. The Globalists demand that the permanent peasant class surrender every last vestage of individual empowerment.
Globalism is just another attempt at empire. This is just history repeating it's self once more.
