  1. I'm a bit disappointed that Jones could not give specifics when questioned on this document, or subject. To be making these claims, he should, at least, be able to point to a page number. Regardless, he may be onto something.
Lock Step is one of 4 possible scenarios that the Rockefeller Foundation included in this document. Everyone should read this because "Lock Step" happened exactly as described in the scenario, as well as in the simulation called Event 201. Incidentally, the WEF is sponsoring a simulation about a hack targeting our supply chain via Cyber Polygon, and another scenario listed in the Rockefeller Foundations document is titled "Hack Attack." The description underneath says, "An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge." The description underneath the "Lock Step" scenario says, "A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback."
The other two scenarios are presented as a sort of solution as to how they suppose scenarios, such as Lock Step and Hack Attack, could be addressed.
Could be harmless. Or it could be a 'hiding in plain sight' kind of thing, which is about where I stand personally. Perhaps it's somewhere in between those two. You shouldn't just believe what I say, or Alex Jones, or Joe Rogan, or anyone. Read this and decide for yourself what you believe.
Search "Archive scenarios for the future of technology" and start on page 12. That will give you the context and reason for the following scenarios. The header on page 12 should be "The Scenario Framework."
