Everyone should read this because "Lock Step" happened exactly as described in the scenario, as well as in the simulation called Event 201. Incidentally, the WEF is sponsoring a simulation about a hack targeting our supply chain via Cyber Polygon, and another scenario listed in the Rockefeller Foundations document is titled "Hack Attack." The description underneath says, "An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge." The description underneath the "Lock Step" scenario says, "A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback." The other two scenarios are presented as a sort of solution as to how they suppose scenarios, such as Lock Step and Hack Attack, could be addressed. Could be harmless. Or it could be a 'hiding in plain sight' kind of thing, which is about where I stand personally. Perhaps it's somewhere in between those two.
