I've never been fond of the "clouds in front and behind the sun" argument.
1. The earth is flat. The average "Mormon" does not necessarily know this because they have been brainwashed like everyone else in the Greek-style pagan education system that teaches Greek-style worship of pagan dieties and sun worship to unknowing parishioners mandated to attend by the Greek-style government.
2. Jesus Christ restored His gospel through Joseph Smith and the Mormon church, which has the formal name of The Church Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. God the Father and Jesus Christ visited Joseph Smith on the first occasion, Jesus alone on others, and eventually many more resurrected prophets in turn, including John the Baptist and Peter, James, and John to restore the priesthood directly due to the falling away noted in 2 Thessolonians. Joseph Smith restored the original gospel of Christ, including the doctrine found in Romans 8:17, Matthew 28:18, Ephesians 4:13, John 10:34, Psalms 82:6, Matthew 5:48, 1 John 3:2, Revelation 3:21, and even baptism for the dead as well as other ordinances for the dead. Any doctrine of the original Christian teachings exists in the LDS church. I am a "Mormon" and yes, the earth is flat. I can present three years of post-graduate research on the subject. Anyone who researches Mormon doctrine as they research FE will find that Jesus Christ restored His gospel through Joseph Smith.

I can guarantee those 2 Mormons are sharing a good laugh! If you can't tell the difference between subjective interpretation and fact, then oh well. It's funny that you accuse them of not being Christians simply because they disagree with you. Only people that believe what you do are true Christians, right? Must be nice to play God.
