This couldn't have came at a better time. I was just thinking to myself last night about fasting. I wanted to look into fasting so i can overcome a sin of the flesh i absolutely hate. Ive tried on my own and have failed every time. I know Yeshua is coming back real soon and i would absolutely despise myself if i failed to make it home because i couldnt overcome pleasures ive grown to hate. Im praying that fasting and prayer will help me to finally overcome this demon.
The Truth about fasting and why it gets Gods attention is as follows, to be selfless is to be in the spirit. When we fast and deprive ourselves of food and drink we are slowly ridding our bodies of unnecessary excess which not only heals many ailments or illnesses outright but also we are becoming closer to the Lord as this plane of our physical, mortal and material world becomes closer to the plane of the eternal and spiritual plane and as such we receive through supplication and communion and worship of my Father and your Father, revelations about objective reality. We begin to see the building blocks of reality and Gods original blueprint of this existence. We become more closely aligned with His will for us all as individuals and as a collective and if it be for His purpose and plan and will, great wonders and miracles shall follow those who understand and know to be true the teachings of our Great Lord Jesus and the Father of who no eye has seen other than the Son, who sits at the Right hand of His throne. This is why King Jesus tells us stay in prayer always. An after a significant fast and isolation in prayer and worship and bonding with Father. We will say “Mountain move, and it will.” Truly I say unto you there is no thing that is not possible or achievable with the Lord God. There are no limitations when walking with He who is beyond creation. I have done so myself and have been witness to undeniable and super natural events for the eyes of who these were intended for. I see my Fathers hand moving in real time, in every thing I am privy to witness and experience. This is the truth and fasting is bonding and spending time with God. This brings us clarity and understanding about all things and for His purposes of which we all have a role and all Glory belong to Him.
