As a adult game dev I gotta say I see it differently regarding watching ladies bonking with entities. Because it has nothing to do with men, I don't see it as this Mr. Because in my games it's monsters and tentacles, not humans. So my point is, we don't/less watch many others because they remind us of bonking but because we selfinsert. The more monsters/tentacles are in the scene the more I can selfinsert. I can either jump from selfinsert to selfinsert or I can selfinsert into everyone at once, even the lady.
