You really don't know what you're talking about.
Your claim that vacuum rips as space suit is totally wrong as any tire (btw. made of fibres and rubber just like space suits) shows. It withstands internal pressure all the day. Go check the tire pressure substract external pressure and then reconsider.
1.) the suits you showed were not G-suits but high altitude suits-very similar to space suits but not the same.
2.) of course suits had problems and werent't perfect. Check Alexey Leonovs story (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzXRlCKD4Ok) or Luca Parmitanos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWPxkB7GaBQ). Unlike you, apparently you haven't done not even the most basic research, the makers of the suits did everything possible that they worked well.
3.) the suits were not tested in the water pool. What was tested were procedures; how to handle tools, how to attach etc. The suits are tested in a vacuum chamber. To check its integrity no human is needed. I'd rather pressurize the suit, put it in a vac chamber and watch from outside whether it holds air or not.
This is all basic reasoning for which no PhD is required. So why aren't you even trying?
