One small detail that I think you overlooked here, is that as he draws a "straight line" to get from point A to point B and point C, we're presuming that the line is straight, it's not actually. He's not drawing a straight line at all, he's drawing an ARC. If you took those same arcs, and were to lay them side wards on an AE map, with the ends of the arc lines placed on points A, B and C, you would, in fact, make a circle, that could connect all 3 points on a flat map. So you see, it's not impossible to do it on a plane, you just have to stop calling an arc a straight line, because it is not straight, it's a line moving in one direction, that curves over the surface of the ball that you draw it on. 😉
so you're going to ignore trigonometry on circular surfaces you fucking idiot…. my sides. airplanes can easily replicated this experiment.
