Debunking # 2 of the “Top Ten Reasons Why We (allegedly) Know the Earth is Round (as in a globe) FYTube

I’m going to debunk each of the so-called “Top Ten Reasons Why We Know The Earth is Round.” It’s actually quite easy. Here’s to debunking number 2: Lunar Eclipses.

This along with the Coriolis Effect, were the only 2 in the “Top Ten” that initially gave me the most problems. Not so much anymore. Scripture defines the moon as a “lessor light” that “gives” and “causes” her own light to shine. It’s never described as a reflector. Practical experiments also show that it is not reflecting sun light. The angles are wrong and so are the properties of its light, which are totally different from that of the sun. It is therefore – at least for me – no longer a valid reason in support of the spinning globe model.

  1. I’m new to the flat earth idea, I like what I’ve been seeing, this video and pictures are interesting, in my mind, I’m like where is the sun at? And the scale of the sun that science puts out, the sun looks like it should take up the whole sky when looking outside!

  2. If earth is a rotating ball. The moon and sun will remain the same height but either one will appear to be lower on the horizon. This will cause a false image rob is emphasizing.
Im a stupid ignorant human ,so i may not know ALL the motions that can cause me to be wrong.
But on the surface a lower sun isnt a debunk.

  3. Doesn't light bend…

Also what about the horizon, like with the most powerful telescopes there are, if the earth being flat wouldn't we be able to see past the horizon to the edges of the earth or to other countries? Just saying..

  4. 0:30 Neil actually proved the Moon is a disk of light! Dumb ass I always come to learn with this video. Thank you Rob for the best research from the Biblical point of view. I used these videos to battle the creationist and sciencetism zealots. 7:24 proof. Not evidence.
