Hello Pastor Doug Batchelor, Would you kindly help me know how I can reply to someone, I was praying & striving to encourage her to want to do lessons with me on "Storicales of Prophecy", because we Seventh-day Adventists are about 'PREPARING PEOPLE FOR JESUS SECOND COMING'. She came back with, 'I DON'T CARE ABOUT JESUS SECOND COMING, I ONLY CARE ABOUT GOING TO HEAVEN.' I did not respond: Not even with how are you expecting to get to heaven ? What kind of response could get her interested in Jesus Christ over SELF (herself) ? She can be very smart about TV, movies, etc because could be she was a makeup artist for some famous people or whatever, and those things are more important than reading the Bible. Could be she needs AUDIO TAPES. She's not into electronics, and not even her smartphone – only with making and receiving phone calls, and especially TV. Too much TV. She watches too much TV and bad things and I've told her in the past. She seems to be hungering for God's love but does not enjoy reading.
