  1. What do angels do in heaven ? Psalms 103:19-21 helps a sincere person to grasp what they do, saying: "Jehovah (God's name, see Isa 12:2; 26:4, KJV) has firmly established his throne in the heavens; And his kingship rules over everything. Praise Jehovah, all you his angels (Hebrew malak, meaning "messenger, an angel"), mighty in power, who carry out his word, obeying his voice. Praise Jehovah, all his armies, his ministers who do his will."

At Genesis 28, Jacob "had a dream, and look ! there was a stairway set on the earth, and its top reached up to the heavens; and there were God’s angels ascending and descending on it (in fulfilling their various duties, coming and going from before Jehovah). And look ! there was Jehovah stationed above it, and he said: “I am Jehovah the God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac. The land on which you are lying, to you I am going to give it and to your offspring."(Gen 28:12, 13)

For example, at Luke 1, the angel Gabriel materializes in the presence of Mary, telling her: "Greetings, you highly favored one, Jehovah is with you.” But she was deeply disturbed at his words and tried to understand what kind of greeting this might be."

"So the angel said to her: “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And look ! you will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and you are to name him Jesus. This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father, and he will rule as King over the house of Jacob forever, and there will be no end to his Kingdom.”(Luke 1:28-33)

At Exodus 3, an angel causes a thornbush to appear as if on fire, so that Moses takes a closer look, hearing a voice out the "burning thornbush": "“Moses ! Moses !” to which he said: “Here I am.” Then he said: “Do not come any nearer. Remove your sandals from your feet, because the place where you are standing is holy ground."

"He went on to say: “I am the God of your father (or the angel that is Jehovah's chief representative, "the Word" at John 1:1, speaking as if he is Jehovah), the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Then Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look at the true God."

"Jehovah added: “I have certainly seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and I have heard their outcry because of those who force them to work; I well know the pains they suffer. I will go down to rescue them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a land good and spacious, a land flowing with milk and honey."(Ex 3:1-8)

At Acts 12, after the apostle James had been executed by Herod Agrippa I in about 44 C.E., he also arrested Peter, "and put him in prison, turning him over to four shifts of four soldiers each to guard him, intending to bring him out before the people after the Passover."

"So Peter was being kept in the prison, but the congregation was intensely praying to God for him. When Herod was about to bring him out, that night Peter was sleeping bound with two chains between two soldiers, and guards in front of the door were keeping watch over the prison."

"But look ! Jehovah’s angel was standing there, and a light shone in the prison cell. Hitting Peter on the side, he woke him, saying: “Get up quickly !” And the chains fell off his hands. The angel said to him: “Get dressed and put on your sandals.” He did so."

"Finally he said to him: “Put your outer garment on, and keep following me.” And he went out and kept following him, but he did not know that what was happening through the angel was real. In fact, he thought he was seeing a vision."

"Going past the first sentinel guard and the second, they reached the iron gate leading into the city, and this opened to them by itself. After they went out, they made their way down one street, and immediately the angel departed from him. And Peter, realizing what was happening, said: “Now I know for sure that Jehovah sent his angel and rescued me from Herod’s hand and from everything that the Jews were expecting to happen.”(Acts 12:1-11)

At Isaiah 37, when King Sennacherib of Assyria was about lay siege to Jerusalem in 732 B.C.E., verse 36 states: "And the angel of Jehovah went out and struck down 185,000 men in the camp of the As·syrʹi·ans. When people rose up early in the morning, they saw all the dead bodies."

So, whatever assignment Jehovah's angel is given, they go out and "take care of business", from revealing information to Jehovah's loyal ones (see Dan 10:1-14), to releasing Jehovah's faithful servants, to annihilating an entire army.(see Ex 14:26-28)

  2. Pray without ceasing does not mean stop what you are doing. This generalized video is not serving the purpose of bringing Glory to God or clarity. Pray without ceasing does not mean the Angels nor humans shout praises all day. It means to Glorify God in all that you do and to put Him first. This does not require you do nothing else all day or for all eternity. Also none of the Angels are described as female and Angels have any form they wish. The Bible uses metaphors to give human understanding when describing Biblical beings. For example Christ Jesus being described as a lamb doesn't mean He looks like one…come on yall
