I've listened to the interview O, A, and J did with him more than a few times. You're able to pick up relatively quickly there was something crazy about him. He would say egotistical things and reveal dubious details about himself with complete seriousness.
At one point he claimed his ex-wife was a Russian Mafia prostitute who had been a mistress to a Chechen warlord, and that she came at him with a knife, "but luckily I knew martial arts so that was no problem."
