  1. Get away from your phones as much as you can. Get an Apple or a Samsung watch. And if possible, on occasion leave your phone at work. Most people have internet at home anyway. You can watch youtube on your roku device and have music or videos and not be on your phone. And slowly decrease your addiction. It's about time someone mention this particular pandemic. Not to mention the damage it does to your eyes staring at a screen constantly. Think about it!

  2. I think that the Pandemic has made addicts out of children that have not reached full development mentally. Instead they are conditioning their minds to be addicted and lazy and less creative.
    The parents have taken the easy way out in general letting them do it.
