Earth is the one and only world in the universe. Planets are not a home for life and therefore are not worlds.
People are never afraid of falling off a spinning, falling, tilted, wobbling round ball but they seem to be afraid of falling off an unmovable platform.
Be fruitful and multiply…add, subtract, divide what ever it takes. For example.
You can watch satellites travel from horizon to horizon it takes at least eleven minutes. At a mandatory orbital speed of 17,500 mph that's over 3,300 miles and a satellite is no bigger than a school bus so if you can see a satellite appearing on the horizon (and you can) then you should have no problem at all seeing the headlights on a bus 1,650 miles away. Satellites are not far away traveling real fast they are close traveling at air plain, jet or ballon speeds. It's all lies the Sun, Moon, planets and the stars they are not far away they are very close. Life is not about the universe it's about ourselves.
If the North and South Poles are spinning slower than the speed of sound but the equator is spinning faster than the speed of sound than where are the two 24 hours a day, world wide sonic booms ? "Be still and know that I am God" Psalms 46:10
