Think of what it takes to bake a cake. The ingredients have to be there as you described in Prov. 16, but the batter does not become hardened in cake form until you turn up the heat. The plagues turned up the heat revealing the product of the ingredients of Pharoah's heart. We see that played out today. When plagues come, sadly too many hearts tendencies are to blame the Jews. i use the metaphor of a cake because so many who observe this action respond with, "The jews are getting their just dessert!"
Man I just want to come here and listen to Scripture/The Word but as always all I ever end up hearing is adams words. I've written this comment a few times but apparently I'm the only one who feels this way. He just can't help but going off on these tangents that end up meaning nothing, he used to say all the time that "he's not a teacher just a fellow brother reading Scripture together" but I feel this "ministry" has all gone to his head. Bro, The Scriptures say what they say and all that's needed to understand is to keep reading, not a hundred of adams words to explain it. Idk I used to love this channel but lately I can't even get thru a half hour of a video before I end up being irritated with adams words. For Adam: you cannot explain God's Word better than He can, I do love how you use the "other books" to tie things together but The Word speaks for itself and explains itself. If you say you're doing it for "new brothers/sisters" then you're not doing them any favors by doing their "homework" for them. If there's something they don't understand then let them read for themselves for understanding afterwards. I feel many people don't even want to read, they just come here for the shortcut, is this better or worse for them in the long run?? Nothing in this world has been so satisfying and comforting to me than reading all the Scriptures for myself and letting The Father teach me all things- "But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him"
