Of course it was satan, it is Gods power, and God allowed it to occur. Aliens my foot, even so “Aliens” to a Christian are just the fallen with hidden technology, or demon souls inhabiting grey meat suits.
It was satan being allowed to wield Gods power, he is called the prince of the power of the air, he could certainly form and direct tornadoes for his purposes, it’s not the finger of God, it is the power of God. None of the spirit have power of their own accord, God gives them their powers, just as God gives us life, the spirit that returns to Him. satan even used a tornado against Job killing his family.
