Reading David Goggins book…. and hearing The Andrew Huberman video about EMDR and they say the eyemovements simulate walking…. Ultrarunner who experienced trauma. sounds like its emdr to him.
im sure you can access memories without eye movements or any other movement. just sit still and try to remember your life. if you remember things less important than what happened in your life, good or bad, you need to prioritize digging into yourself
I prefer hypnotherapy. More pleasant, equally powerful. Best done with a practitioner experienced in applied kinesiology and energy work as well. Life changing.

EMDR is phenomenal-if you’re stuck in trauma/PTSD, I highly recommend (helped me so much and I’m so thankful).

Sorry to be an imbecile, but can someone help me with the guest's name?
