Growing up in the 90s, I remember despising the boy group that were so prevalent, and Justin Timberlake although loved by girls and women, was probably the artist I couldn’t stand the most, but after growing up and seeing how he was able to transition from that celebrity child life into a respected adult musician, I have the utmost respect for the guy, he’s one of the few that was able to navigate that life from celebrity childhood to adulthood but also thrive, I don’t throw on his songs when I’m listening to music but I can appreciate it, at the same time he can be an entertaining actor even if he isn’t the best, and the stuff he’s made with the lonely island group and on Saturday night live is all time great, if you haven’t heard any pf those songs, go listen to them with an open mind towards comedy and you won’t come away disappointed
