The ark encounter in Kentucky is not to scale ,it is too short , and not as tall because instead of using the long cubit / of the first measure ,Ken Ham used the short cubit. The long cubit was still being used at the time that Solomon’s temple was built so it was definitely the one that Noah would’ve used. As man’s stature shrunk so did the length of the cubit . Although lifespans shortened just after the flood , stature was slower to change. We see this Biblically in the fact that Abraham was living in the same place as the Rephaims and the Emims in the first part of Genesis 14 but no difference is made in a size of Abraham and these men who live in a valley that was watered like the garden of God. In fact , he took 318 armed trained servants and pursued the Kings who had defeated the Rephaims , Emims and Zuzims and then taken Lot hostage (Genesis 14). (Joshua 18:16) .Then, we see the Anakin’s mentioned as giants in Numbers13:33, and Joshua 14:12. Then we see them in David’s time : first Samuel 17:4 Goliath was six cubits and span by the old cubit measure/ not used in most Bible versions. The old measure was 20. 67 inches (and some say 20.64 ) for a cubit and a span was approximately half a cubit 10.3 inches. This would indicate that Goliath was approximately 11 feet tall not 9 feet as most modern Bible say. Which in turn makes Noah’s ark approximately 516-517 feet long, not 450. That’s a big difference just in length, not to mention height. Instead of 45 feet tall, it was almost 52 feet tall , seven feet taller makes a huge difference when you are talking about humans that are probably 14 feet tall, as Goliath, himself years later was about 11 feet tall. Headroom folks , they had to live on that ship for about a year. The upper , bird deck, may well have been shorter, but we’re talking three stories high here.
