Man was intended to be created to be an immortal Celestial Being. Man's Creation Process was interruoted/damaged prior to completion. The choice in the higher realms then became > Destruction or Correction/Repair? Many supported Destruction. Many supported Correction/Repair. Eashoa, our Divine Brother, volunteered to manifest on Earth in human form in order to Begin the Correction Process which will complete at the Parousia when among many things, Man will once again receive his new physical form (similar to current but much better) and immortality and then Man will begin to fulfill the Purpose for our Creation. Our Creation Process is not yet complete but Eashoa saved us from complete destruction both physically + spiritually.

He felt forsaken, because he was abandoned by the Father to experience the penalty of sin which is human death. The Son of Man was fully human and he freely gave up spirit into His Father's hands. Very difficult to fathom but at the same time it's not.
