I was born, raised, and still reside in Amsterdam. I have been in the presence of smokers for approximately two decades, and on occasion, I have also engaged in smoking. I have witnessed instances of panic attacks, primarily among first-time users, and I have observed individuals fainting. However, I have never encountered a situation where someone became aggressive towards another person under the influence of marijuana.
I believe it is inaccurate and misleading to attribute blame to marijuana for such incidents. In my opinion, there may be underlying political motivations behind this stance.
